 I. Usage and operating principle
1. KX-D type oven is mainly used to bake ivory peanut, red-dress, groundnut in shell and other grainy food.
2. Coal as heat source and heat-conducting oil as medium, this oven makes use of high-temperature bump to accelerate heat-conducting oil cycle and radiate heat energy directly on the food by radiator blade. In the roasting process, the food is ceaselessly impulsed in rotating box by screw blade to perform uninterrupted cycle so that make the food be heated equably. It assures the roast quality of food efficiently.
