
KXD series peanut oven Operating instruction
I. Usage and operating principle
KX-D type oven is mainly used to bake ivory peanut, red-dress, groundnut in shell and other grainy food.
Coal as heat source and heat-conducting oil as medium, this oven makes use of high-temperature bump to accelerate heat-conducting oil cycle and radiate heat energy directly on the food by radiator blade. In the roasting process, the food is ceaselessly impulsed in rotating box by screw blade to perform uninterrupted cycle so that make the food be heated equably. It assures the roast quality of food efficiently.
II. Structure and performance
This oven takes advantages of heat-conducting oil cyclic radiating method to radiate heat energy on the food by radiator blade.
This oven, made of metal material, is a kind of easy-to-operate link-style oven in compact structure. It adopts cycloid wheel decelerating machine as power and makes revolution cage circumrotate to roast the food by chain driving.
This oven possesses following characteristics as low coal consumption, high radiating capability and no-pollutant. In addition, regarding heater outside-gallbladder, inlet & intake oil pipe and oven case, all of them are adopted lightweight heat-preservation material to assure normal operating temperature of oven.
Ⅲ Operating instruction and notice items
Clean up rudimental slag on bottom before inflaming to avoid stove bar jam has bad effect on heating time.
This oven should burn high-quality coal and during the process should clean up stove bar in time to prevent poor ventilation because of coal agglomeration.
Check and examine oil rank display pipe on inflation case before inflaming to assure oil rank is about 20mm higher than bottom of glass pipe. If oil rank not up to above standard 330# heat-conducting oil should be supplemented in time.
Open high-temperature pump immediately after inflaming to accelerate heat-conducting oil cycle. When oven temperature reaches 80℃, please start up clockwise rotating button to make rotating cage begin work so as avoid high-temperature quiescence distortion.
In operating process, when operating clockwise and anticlockwise buttons should stop revoluting cage and then start up anticlockwise button to avoid inertia action to damage electric machinery and other components.
This oven temperature should be controlled between 290℃-300℃ by opening and closing fuel door. When oil temperature is higher than 300℃, open fuel door to cool it and close fuel door when oil temperature is lower than 290℃. Control oil temperature below 300℃ to avoid heat-conducting oil to reach boiling point.
·During roasting process, when roasting ivory peanuts operating temperature is 180℃ and operating time is about 20-25 minutes; when roasting red-dress peanuts operating temperature is 200-220℃ and roasting time is 60-70 minutes; when roasting groundnut operating temperature is 200-220℃ and roasting time is 70-80 minutes. Because of different moisture of peanuts, operators should obtain approximate data by roasting 1-2 stove ahead then produce in batch.
Close all the inlet and intake when inflaming to assure the operating temperature of oven and open air inlet valve to let humid air out.
When sending feed, each revoluting cage should be 10-15 minutes spaced to avoid feeding at the same time so that roasting effect is poor.
In roasting process, operators should start up clockwise and anticlockwise buttons alternatively to make peanuts be heated equably in revoluting cage.
In roasting process, if power cut operators should immediately start up reversal hand-wheel to feed to avoid peanuts singe.
When work is over, operators should immediately stop heating to cool down the oil temperature and oven temperature. When oil temperature cool down to 80℃ please stop cyclic pump and when oven temperature cool down to 80℃ please stop revoluting cages. So that prevent quiescent distortion under high temperature.

Ⅴ . Maintenance
Check the driving part of oven normal or not before operating machine and can only inflame it when it's normal.
Clean up the residue storage on bottom of oven in time to prevent accumulative ash residue from polluting the roasted objects.
Check both axletree of converter on schedule and add butter or lubricant grease in time to prevent damaging axletree resulted from oil shortage.
After 3000 hours operating of cyclic pump, we should open axletree cover or fill grease by pressing oil cup.
Clean up the slag ash in time to avoid too much accumulation and melt the stove bar.
After the heat-conducting oil in oven operating 5000 hours, it should be sent to some department for checking heat-conducting index and should be replaced with 330# heat-conducting oil in time if the heat-conducting index is not up to standard.
To run the machine accurately, operators should read operating instruction before operation.
