SX Series peanuts sieving machine operating instruction
Ⅰ Characteristics
Absorbing advantages from congeneric products at home and overseas, this machine possesses following characteristics as compact structure, rationality, high efficiency, low energy-consumption and convenient operation. Applicable to selecting peanuts, it can be sieved only once to reach exact classification standards.
Ⅱ Structure characteristics and working principles
Adopting chain wheel and chain to drive handspike, filter carry through fluent to-and fro filtration. Sieving flake is made by metal-board stamped and feed-returning boards are installed under each sieving set so that the feed material can be experienced the whole sieving process on sieving flake. It gets rid of the disadvantage that the feed drops into lower layer without sieving on half way or at front to confuse classification. Each sieving flake is in some extent lean so as to be convenient for feed to flow in smooth way.
Ⅲ Components:
Single machine: has feed-sending case, feed-exalting machine, digging hopper, rack, sieving machine, feed-receiving hopper, sieving flake, feed-sorting hopper, feed-receiving rack and so on. (See single machine diagram for details)
Double machine( that is sieving line): has feed-sending case, first-grade feed-exalting machine, stone-removing machine, dust absorption machine, second-grade feed-exalting machine, sieving main machine, transition exalting machine, sieving attached machine, feed-sorting case, feed-sorting pipe, 6 selecting belts, lifting seats, feed-receiving hopper and so on. Ⅶ Sequence and debugging of sieve flake's installation
Firstly install each layer in turn at feed port. Then start up the machine for debugging.
When debugging peanut kernels specifications, if the number of seeds is overmuch, which is caused by raw materials differences, you can exchange one or two flakes with macro-pore. Contrarily, exchange one or two flakes with aperture for over-few number of seeds. Standard will be achieved after reiterative debugging.
Ⅸ Maintenance
The complete machine components should be installed single-row centripetal axletree. Check and fill lubricant grease (that is butter usually mentioned) in time.
Adhesive tape of exalting machine sometimes may runs in deflective direction out of external factors, so operators should adjust nuts loose or tight at any moment.
Regarding chain-wheel and chain, operators should apply lubricant grease on cloth list and a little on chain. Please notice that don't apply machine oil otherwise it will pollute peanuts when rotating.
After work is over, operators should clean up residue on sieving flake and ash on machine so as to avoid putting poor effect on next time filtration specification and normal operation.
When chain-wheel and chain are rotating, operators should make them close against each other to prevent sieving machine shaking too much and giving off too much noisy.
